24 Graham crackers
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 chopped pecans, walnuts or toffee bits
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper and place graham crackers with sides touching. Bring butter and brown sugar to a boil and then remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and salt. Spread caramel mixture evenly on top of graham crackers. Sprinkle pecans, walnuts or toffee bits on top of crackers. Bake for 8-10 minutes until caramel just starts to bubble.
