Ingredients
1/3 cup Rice vinegar
4 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Cornstarch
4 tbsp Water
Preparation
Add first four ingredients to sauce pan and bring to a boil, reduce heat. Combine cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Add to sauce pan and stir until thickens. Remove from heat. Add pineapple chunks, tomato and peppers. I also like to add a few cherries and a little bit of cherry juice to the mixture. Pour over tempura fried items.
