Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Light coconut milk
2 tbsp Flour1
1 oz Amaretto liqueur
1/4 cup Water
Preparation
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and slowly add coconut milk, stirring cnstantly. In a separate small bowl, whisk together flour and water until well blended. Slowly add half of the flour-water mixture to the butter-coconut mixture. stirring constantly. Once mixture reached a light boil and thickens a bit, alternate adding amaretto liqueur and flour-water mixture while stirring constantly until it is your desired texture. Drizzle sauce over plate,top with salmon and drizzle additional sauce over the top of the salmon.
