Ingredients
1 1/2 sticks Butter
1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Light brown sugar
1/2 cup Dark brown sugar
2 large Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup Toffee chips, (plus 2 tablespoons)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and line 9x9x2 baking pan with parchment paper, allowing 2 inch overhand. Butter parchment paper.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
Melt butter and both sugars and whisk until combined and sugar is melted, about 5 minutes. Transfer to medium bowl, let cool slightly. Whisk in eggs and vanilla until combined. Add flour just until incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips and toffee chips and transfer to prepared pan.
Bake for 24 -27 minutes
