Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

1 recipe of hummus (here's our recipe, eliminate the water)

1 large roasted red pepper (or 2 small), about 3/4 cup roughly chopped

2 tablespoons mild Harissa (1 tablespoon, if using spicy Harissa)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Process the ingredients per the above instructions. Taste for salt and stir in more Harissa, if desired.
