Radishes with Goat Cheese and Chives
Circle B Kitchen
2 bunches radishes
9 ounces fresh goat cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
Coarse salt
Place the goat cheese and most of the chives in a food processor. Pulse until it becomes a loose paste. You made need to add a little milk to keep it moving in the processor.
Slice the radish in half lengthwise and then slice a little off the bottom of each slice so it sits flat on the plate. Place the goat cheese mixture in a zip-loc bag and snip a small corner of the bag. Squeeze the goat cheese over the top of each radish and then sprinkle with a few more chopped chives and some kosher salt.
