Preparations
Print enough copies of the Worksheet and the Practice sheets
If time is a concern, you can tape newspaper on the tables and place brushes at each place for the students. Put ink in the bowl ahead of time.
Method
1. Gassho
2. Lecture with worksheet.
3. Video and Practice
Pass out the Practice sheets ahead of time. Show the Video and stop after each section for the students to practice.
4. Practice
Meditate. Feeling the brush

This can be a two day or more lesson. In addition there are several more YouTube videos in this series which are quite good. The shodo results make a good display. (e.g. Hanamatsuri, Bodhi Day)
