Book exhibition was held in MMKSDM Library to commemorate the birth anniversary of Jnanapeeta awardee, Kannada writer, Da Ra Bendre on 31 st January 2024.
All his books were displayed on the occasion. Faculty members and students of the college viewed the exhibition. The exhibition was arranged by the Library.

Prof.Sainath Malligemadu, Principal and Smt. Ramya S K , ICT Coordinator receiving ICT Membership certificate from Mr. Prajwal R Vasista , Relationship Manager, ICT Academy , Chennai. MMK & SDM MMV, Mysore has been associated with ICT Academy since 25th October 2021 and has renewed its membership. With this association , we have succeeded to involve 40 faculties of our college in Faculty Development Programmes, involvement and certification of 246 students in Government & CSR Projects, Principal and 14 faculties involved in Industry Institute Interactions , sky campus (campus drive) was organized in the year 2022-23 , total number of students participated in the drive were 385.
MMK and SDM has conducted the following Women Empowerment Programmes in association with ICT Academy.
1. Tech4all skilling program for Women - Certificate Course on cloud ( AWS C004) - 120 Hours for III BCA Students
2. Student transformation program - Training in BPS insurance ( US PROCESS) and self management - 120 Hours for III BCOM A & III BCOM B
3. A ten day certificate course on CYBER SECURITY FOR EDUCATORS AND STUDENTS for 4 faculties and 64 III BCA Students
4. Centre for women empowerment- programming essentials in python - 100 Hours for III BCA students

ಎಂ ಎಂ ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎಸ್ ಡಿ ಎಂ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಪದವಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ 75ನೆಯ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಡಯಾಗ್ನೋಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವಾಧಾರ ಬ್ಲಡ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಸ್. ಇ. ಗಿರೀಶ್ ಅವರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಗಣ್ಯರು ಭಾರತವು ಪ್ರಪಂಚದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಜಾಸತ್ತಾತ್ಮಕ ದೇಶವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕತಿಕವಾಗಿ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಭಾರತೀಯರಾದ ನಾವು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸೇವೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ದಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾಜದ ಸೇವಾ ಕೈಂಕರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೂ ಇರಬೇಕಾದ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು ಇದನ್ನು ನಾವು ಮನನಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಹಾಸನದ ಎಸ್ ಡಿ ಎಂ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದಿಕ್ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಡೀನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆಯುರ್ ರತ್ನ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾದ ಡಾ.ಪ್ರೊ. ಗುರುರಾಜ್ ಭಟ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನೀಡಲಾಹಿತು. ಡಾ.ಪ್ರೊ. ಗುರುರಾಜ್ ಭಟ್ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆಯಿಂದ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಬೇಕು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸೇವೆಯು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ನಯನಕುಮಾರಿ ಅವರು ಗೌರವ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು, ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೋರಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ, ಪದವಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಪ್ರೊ. ಸಾಯಿನಾಥ್ ಮಲ್ಲಿಗೆಮಾಡು ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದೊರಕಿದ ನಂತರ ಸಮಾನತೆಯಿಂದ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಡಾ ಬಿ.ಆರ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರು ಕರಡು ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲು ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿದರು. ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅಮೃತ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವದ ಈ ಶುಭ ಸಂಧರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಪರತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಗೌರವದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಭಾರತದ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮತ್ವದ ಹಿರಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಬೇಕಿದೆ ಈ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದಿನ ಯುವಜನಾಂಗವು ದೇಶದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅರಿತು ಜ್ಞಾನಾರ್ಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೌತಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಪ್ರೊ ಎನ್ ಭಾರತಿ , ಐ ಕ್ಯೂ ಎ ಸಿ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರಾದ ಪ್ರೊ ಕೆ. ಎಸ್ ಸುಕೃತ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ಕ್ಷೇಮ ಪಾಲನಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಜಿ. ಕಾವಾ, ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಸಿ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೋಧಕ ಮತ್ತು ಬೋಧಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು, ತರಗತಿ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು

Trailblazing Talk on Pioneering Entrepreneurship
MMK and SDM MMV, P.G department of Commerce organised a Trailblazing Talk on Pioneering Entrepreneurship.
The event was held on 24/01/2024 at 10.30 am in the auditorium. Ms.Akshara Kumar, a young entrepreneur, was the resource person.
Prof. Sainath Malligemadu, Principal, provided presidential remarks, emphasizing the significance of entrepreneurship. Ms. Akshara Kumar, the resource person, delivered a trailblazing talk on pioneering entrepreneurship, inspiring the 57 M.Com students.
During the programme, Dr. Devaki KK, HOD, PG Dept of commerce and faculty members of the PG commerce department were present. The occasion proved to be an enriching experience, fostering a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship among the students.

MMV Library, Mysore on 12 th January , 2024. On this occasion books on Swami Vivekananda were displayed. The NSS students presented quotes of Swami Vivekananda in posters. The Programme was conducted in association with the NSS unit. His teachings were made known to the students through exhibiting the books. 12 students and 9 faculty members visited and viewed the exhibition.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಸ್ಮಾರಕ ನಿಧಿಯ 75 ನೇ ವರ್ಷಾಚರಣೆ ಚಾರಣೆ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ತಾರೀಕು 25.01.2024 ರಿಂದ 29.1.2024 ರವರೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಎನ್ ಎಸ್ ಎಸ್ ಭವನ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಾಲಗಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಯುವ ಶಿಬಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಯಾಗಿರುವ ಕುಮಾರಿ ಪ್ರತೀಕ್ಷಾ, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಬಿ ಬಿ ಎ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಎನ್ ಎನ್ ಎಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಶುoಪಾಲರೊಂದಿಗೆ.
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸೇವಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಕೋಶ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಸ್ಮಾರಕ ನಿಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಶ್ವ ವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಸಹಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಯುವ ಶಿಬಿರ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.
