Abstract Shoe Drawing

For this assignment, we had to recreate the third zoom and crop drawing on a new piece of paper. We then had to turn it into an abstract drawing, making different patterns in each shape. I chose to use different animal patterns and took inspiration from their habitats as well. I used elements of color, texture, line, and shape to create this piece. I went back and added a black border around each pattern to give more emphasis on the art. I am proudest of the zebra print and cheetah print because I think they are realistic. I struggled a little bit with the bottom left pattern because it didn't come out the way I was picturing. If I could go back and revise once more, I would make some of the patterns more pigmented and vibrant.
