Now that you have finished Sketch-Up Tools you have some experience with how SketchUp works!
For this House Design Activity, you will be turning in THREE DIFFERENT SCREENSHOTS of your house in various stages of design.
There is a separate Google Classroom assignment for each stage of the house design.
For each project/house design, use the EXPORT to PNG to create and image file on your computer, then turn that into Google Classroom.
Be sure your house fills the screen and is positioned for a good view of your work
YOU WILL BE TURNING IN A HOUSE THAT LOOKS JUST LIKE THE SAMPLE BELOW

Make the structure of your house looks just like the sample below.
Now use the Materials Tool add some paint, roof tiles etc.... make it look cool.

Take a screen shot and turn in a JPEG to Google Classroom.
****Don't worry about using Materials, Windows, etc... you will do that in Part 3 Below****

Part 3: Now you will buff out the house you just built with Doors & Windows and materials to make it look authentic. Add a tree or some other external feature from the component library, maybe you want a car in the driveway too!!

Windows
Now have some fun and add some "Materials" to your house, siding roofing etc.. from the component library.
Find some real doors, windows and any other
"components" you like to add to your completed house.
The Component Library is on the right side , third tool from the top.
Here you can search for all sort of cool stuff.
Once you it appears, click and move your cursor on
to your Sketch-Up Document and click, it should appear.
You will need three tools to better align your object:
1. Move Tool
2. Scale Tool
3. Rotate Tool
It will take some time using the Orbit tool to make sure your object is on the correct 3D plane!!
