For employees in Norway & Sweden
Wearing a uniform at work is important for several reasons. It helps create a professional image, builds a sense of belonging, and makes us easily recognizable to customers and colleagues. Uniforms also play a key role in safety and help everyone feel part of the same team.
Everyone who performs work in the warehouse, in the bakery or out on the road must wear our uniform. Managers and admins who do not have a permanent place in the warehouse are not required to wear a full uniform when entering the warehouse. Visitors must always wear a visibility vest.
It is not allowed to wear the uniform privately but you can wear the uniform when traveling to and from work
It is not allowed to wear the work uniform during training sessions, whether at our on-site gym or at an external gym.
It is not allowed to smoke in uniform in public places
The uniform must always be clean and complete. If you need a new uniform, contact your closest leader
Everyone is responsible for washing their uniform, except the bakery
If you lose a uniform item, you are responsible for covering the cost of its replacement
Protective equipment is included as part of the uniform
❗️Uniform with the Oda or Mathem mark/logo must not be worn if you shop at competing companies
❗️If you resign, uniform must be returned to your closest leader on your last day of work
