All external positions are published through Teamtailor and made visible on our career site. Roles that are open only for internal applicants are also published in Teamtailor, but you’ll find them under "Internal opportunities" in your Okta dashboard.

All Oda employees – including substitutes – are welcome to apply for any available position in the company, whether posted internally or externally.

Thrive 

Thrive - Learning for Operations

Thrive is Oda's platform for enabling operationl excellence through training, learning, communication, and documentation. Over time, all operational roles will go through some training in Thrive, either to learn something new or to deepen knowledge in areas they already know.

You'll find both assigned training and optional materials for those who want to explore further and expand their skills.

Thrive is available on all devices and can be accessed through your Okta dashboard, making it easy to learn anytime, anywhere.
