Peakon is a bi-monthly engagement pulse. We say it is a pulse, not an employee satisfactions survey, because we know that we will only be getting a snap-shot of your full experience. However, when we get answers over time and from the full company, these snap-shorts become statistically significant.Β
Peakon provides us with the opportunity to get a pulse on how our employees are doing, and in which areas we can improve β€οΈ
Simply by answering the survey! Every other month you will receive a new survey. It is accessible through either logging into Peakon in Okta, through the Peakon-app in Slack, or via a link sent to your e-mail address.Β
As a company, caring about people β€οΈ means also listening to people and understand what their needs are. We also know people do better work when they have psychological safety, good mental health, clarity in responsibilities, people whom support them etc., so this is also a key part in shooting for the stars π. Lastly, we know that working here needs to be sustainable for our people, and ensuring we build a workplace where you can thrive by continuously improving it based on your needs, is also part of being here to stay βΎοΈ
We have several kinds of access levels in Peakon, determining who can see what. Peakon never ties a name to an individual score or comment.
Manager access: A manager can see their reports comments and scores on an aggregated level, and can interact with the team. Product Managers and Team Leads have the same access to the teams they are leading. A manager with managers reporting to them can see scores and comments within their whole organization, both on an aggregated level, and split by teams.
People & Admin: The People-team uses Peakon extensively, and a People Advisor or Partner will have access see scores and comments left by the teams they support. Parts of the People Enablement-team also has access to the whole company, in order to view broader trends and to be administrators of the system.Β
Specialist access: We can give topic based access to the results on certain questions to relevant roles. Office Managers for instance has access to see the scores and comments about the physical work environment as input to their role. The Head of Sustainability, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has access to the Diversity & Inclusion question set for the whole company.
