SoftOne

SoftOne is Mathem's time reporting and payroll system, and is used by all employees at Mathem. You can choose to use SoftOne on your computer, via tablet or as an app on your phone. The app is called SoftOne Go.

When you are employed at Mathem, you receive personal login information for SoftOne. The first time you log in, you choose your personal password. In SoftOne, you as an employee and manager will find, among other things, schedules, salary specifications, and absence registration.

Schedule planning

All blue collar employees can find both a basic schedule and their current schedule in SoftOne. All employees can also see their absence in SoftOne, and managers can register absence, such as VAB (care of sick child) or sick days.

Authorize time

It is in SoftOne that any deviations from the schedule are registered, both absence and any presence outside working hours. If you stamp time (stämpla tid in Swedish), the stamps are visible here, and managers certify / approve their employees' working hours.

If you are a salaried employee at Mathem, you report deviations in SoftOne, with the exception of customer service that stamps. Your report must be clearly marked (blue) before the end of the month.

Salary specifications

You will find your salary specification in SoftOne, and only you as a user are authorized to see it. If you have questions about your salary specification, you should contact your manager.

Have you forgotten your login details?

Go to the app or to the website (https://go.softone.se/account/login) and click on "Glömt lösenord?" or "Glömt användarnamn" and follow the instructions, you will get a reset email to your private email adress
