We use a lot of digital tools in our company to communicate with one another. In these tools, there is an opportunity to add personal profile pictures to make these forums more personal. These are our guidelines for the usage of such functionality:
Show your face: Please use a picture of yourself! It helps everyone to put a face to the name and makes our virtual workspace feel more personal.
Keep it clean: Make sure the photo is suitable for a professional work environment. Think friendly, clear, and nothing that would make your grandmother blushπ
No one else: Profiles pictures should be you, not other people.Β
