Alla löner frÄn Mathem betalas numera ut via banken DNB.
Viktigt för att lönen ska hamna rÀtt Àr att du som anstÀlld sÀkerstÀller att vi har korrekta bankkontouppgifter till dig i Workday under "Pay". Du behöver ange bankkontonummer (inklusive clearingnr) samt namnet pÄ din bank. DÀr finns Àven en hjÀlptext kring hur formatet ska se ut.
PÄ Mathem betalas lönen ut den 25:e varje mÄnad. För kollektivanstÀllda betalas lönen ut den 25:e varje mÄnad i efterskott. Det innebÀr att den tid du arbetar under januari mÄnad fÄr du pÄ lönen som betalas ut den 25:e februari.
För tjÀnstemÀn betalas lönen ut i innevarande mÄnad, vilket innebÀr att den tid du arbetar under januari mÄnad, om du börjar före den 15:e, betalas ut den 25:e januari. Eventuella avdrag sker dock efterslÀpande, det vill sÀga dras av pÄ lönen nÀstkommande mÄnad.
Om den 25:e infaller pÄ en helgdag kommer din lön att betalas ut arbetsdagen innan helgdagen. Du hittar din lönespecifikation i SoftOne Go via appen eller pÄ din dator. Om du har frÄgor om din anstÀllning, anstÀllningsavtal, lön, schema etc. ska du alltid kontakta din nÀrmaste chef.
Om du Ă€r tjĂ€nsteman pĂ„ Mathem rapporterar du avvikelser i SoftOne GO, med undantag för kundservice som stĂ€mplar. Du fĂ„r dina inloggningsuppgifter frĂ„n löneadministratören. Din rapport mĂ„ste vara tydligt markerad (blĂ„) innan mĂ„nadens slut,för att sedan attestera av nĂ€rmsta chef (Grönmarkera).Â

All salaries from Mathem are now paid through the bank DNB.
To make sure the salary get to the right bank account, its is important that you as an employee ensure that we have the correct bank details for you in Workday under "Pay". You need to specify your bank account number and the name of your bank. There is also a help text added on how the format should look.
At Mathem, the salary is paid on the 25th of each month. For blue collar employees, the salary is paid on the 25th of each month in arrears. This means that the time you work during the month of January you get on the salary that is paid on the 25th of February.
For white collar employees, the salary is paid in the current month, which means that the time you work during the month of January starting before the 15th, the salary is paid on the 25th of January.
If the 25th falls on a public holiday, your salary will be paid on the working day before the public holiday. You can find your salary specification in SoftOne Go via the app or on your computer. If you have questions about your employment, employment contract, salary, schedule, etc., you should always contact your nearest manager / supervisor.
If you are a white collar employee of Mathem, you report deviations in SoftOne GO, with the exception of customer service that stamps. You will receive your login information from the payroll administrator. Your report must be clearly marked (blue) before the end of the month, to then be approved by the immediate supervisor (Mark in green).
