For us, it is important to ensure secure employment conditions. Our goal is that everyone has the same rights and opportunities for employment. All employees at Mathem are covered by collective agreements, via Handels and Unionen.
A collective agreement is a written agreement between an employer organization (Swedish Trade) and an employee organization (Unionen och Handels) which regulates wages and terms of employment for all employees. The main purpose of the collective agreement is to promote security and flexibility, both for the employer and the employee, which means that conditions are adapted and negotiated based on the industry's specific needs and challenges.
Employees in the Fulfillment or Delivery Operations (also called "non-desk-users") at Mathem are covered by the Warehouse and the e-commerce agreement. You will find the agreement between Svensk Handel and the Trade Employees' Union in the related link Warehouse and the e-commerce agreement (in Swedish).
