Why do I have to update my personal information?Β Β
It is important that we make sure all of our employees have the correct information in Workday. This is in order to report the correct information to e.g. the tax office (Skatteetaten) and to pay out your salary. In addition, in case an unforeseen event or a crisis occurs, it is crucial that we can get in touch with our people and are aware of their private contact details.Β

Log in to the Workday app.
Click on Profile in the bottom right corner.
Click on Actions.
Click on Personal data.
Choose what you want to update:
Change my Home Contact information - to update your address, phone number or personal e-mail adress.
Change my Emergency Contact - to update your emergency contacts.
Change my Personal Information - to update gender, date of birth or nationality.
Change my Government ID - To update your D-number or Norwegian ID-number.

Log in to Workday via Okta.
Click on MENU in the top left corner, then Personal Information.
You should then see this page π
4. Choose what you want to update:Β
Contact Information - to update your address, phone number or personal e-mail adress.
Personal Information - to update gender, date of birth or nationality.
Emergency Contact - to update your emergency contacts.
Photo - to add or update your profile photo in WD.
Update your bank account information
Update your bank account information
You can add multiple bank accounts in the Accounts section, but only one account can be added in the Payment Election section. The account that is added in the Payment Election is the account your salary will be paid to.
If you want to receive your salary in an other bank account, you need to add the account to "accounts" first and then add it to Payment Election.Β
βΌοΈ If you change your bank account information, make sure it is registered before the end of the month to ensure that the Payroll Team will be able to pay next month's salary to your new bank account number.Β

Find your own profile in Workday.
Go to 'Pay' (menu on the left).Β
Click on 'Add' under accounts to add the new account.
Click on 'Edit' under Payment Elections.
Choose the correct account under 'Account'.
Click Ok.
If needed you can now remove your old account.Β
