Context: Students learn about circuitry in Science class.

Learning: Grade 6 students brought their learning to life through a series of thrilling experiments with static electricity. By charging various objects, they observed firsthand how opposite charges attract and like charges repel. These experiments also allowed them to identify conductors versus insulators as they watched electrons jump from object to object. A standout moment was when they watched water atoms get attracted to positively charged balloons, bending the stream of water—a truly electrifying experience that deepened their understanding of static electricity!
