Dream Backyard

Grade/Class: Grade 4 STEAM

Context: Students complete multiple design projects in STEAM.

Learning: In Grade 4, students participated in an exciting STEM activity where they designed their dream backyards. They used their creativity and problem-solving skills to develop detailed plans and then brought their ideas to life by creating 3D models to represent their final designs. This hands-on project allowed them to apply their knowledge of geometry, spatial awareness, and engineering concepts while fostering innovative thinking. The result was a collection of imaginative and thoughtfully constructed backyard models.
