Musician's Statement: Our group sang Kardi Mama with sadness because we imagined that someone has died and we were at the funeral. It was a very close friend of ours. We were childhood friends who grew up together. We cried and cried at the funeral. You can hear our sadness when we sang with a slow tempo and piano dynamics.

Members: Fiona, Ilavarasi, Alivia, Chen Leo, Alysha, Nikesh & Jia Zhen

Musician's Statement: Our group sang Kardi Mama with fear because we imagined that we were in school during a Lock-down.. We were hiding from the intruders under our tables. We heard the intruders’ footsteps creeping up to our classroom. We did not want the intruders to hear us, that’s why we sang in piano dynamics and adagio tempo.

Members: Emily, Alya, Ananya, Hong Pu, Baim, Umairah, Zhi Qi & Cayston

Musician's Statement: Our group sang Kardi Mama with anger because their friend betrayed them. We heard our friend badmouthing us behind our backs. We got one of our pet dinosaurs in Jurassic to eat her up. You can hear our anger because of our fortissimo dynamics and allegro tempo.

Musician's Statement: Our group sang Kardi Mama with happy emotion because we got to go overseas, China. We played with the snow and built a snowman. We also played snowball fights with our friends and family. You can hear our happiness through our forte dynamics and allegro tempo.
