I learnt to be creative, exploring more English and describing about my work.

In this writing, I used peel to use write this writing and used a good amount of paragraphs. I also made sure that I added things that made sense in my writing.

I chose my journal writing because I learnt how to write a interesting story.

I pick this for my COL because I find the story, SUPERFUDGE interesting. Some new words I learned about was recite. The word recite is repeating something.

1.)I have learnt new words such as overhang (meaning: hang or extend outwards over), opportunistic (meaning: exploiting immediate opportunities, especially regardless of planning or principle, ECOLOGY

(of a plant or animal) able to spread quickly in a previously unexploited habitat. MEDICINE (of a microorganism or an infection caused by it) affecting patients only or chiefly when the immune system is depressed).I didn’t know that words can have a lot meanings! I also learnt that words can be used for more than one thing.(only specific words though)

2.)I have learned how to use my conjunction propally like when using the “if”when I write about the starfishes.

3.)I have also learnt how to use the PEEL method to make my sentences short and sweet.

1. Vocabulary: I have learnt about new words, the words are liquorice,appetiser and course

2. Literature: the character, smook was scared of a boy but after seeing how friendly is the boy,smook decided to be friends with the boy.this shows that smook developed not a brave boy and was never scared of boys again.
