Students are exposed a wide variety of physical skills, with independent practice and movement exploration done individually. Students are developed holistically in Games & Sports, Gymnastics, Dance and Outdoor Education.

In Primary 4, students focus on forming quality movements with good stability and controlled execution . The Primary 4s were also encouraged to form their own sequence of movements; moving in different ways in location/space, changing direction and at different times.
