Learning with Technology - Locating landmarks using cardinal points in your home.
During the second cycle of LwT, students are tasked to locate landmarks using the four cardinal points i.e North, South, East and West.
In order to locate the landmarks, students have to figure out on how to identify the four cardinal points. With the guidance of teachers, students learn how to create their own compass. Students are also allowed to leverage the use of technology by downloading a digital compass using their mobile devices.
Students are required to submit a photo of their findings by uploading them in Student Learning Space (SLS).
PE for Life
Admiralty Primary School is a strong advocate of PE for life. At P4, students are strongly encourage to take notes during lessons and pen down their thoughts regarding their PE lessons.
Through journaling, students can also share with their teachers their interest in the specific sports as well as their thoughts on the latest sporting events.
This year, Admiralty Primary School launched our inaugural Admiralty Virtual Run 2021. Students are encouraged to participate in the run on their own or with their families. Over a period of 12 weeks, students can choose to complete 10km, 21km or 42km in this virtual run.
