Instructional staff: Any person serving in an instructional role, e.g., new and returning classroom teachers, intervention teachers, EL teachers, and special education teachers
Skilled facilitator: A teacher or leader who has the content knowledge and pedagogical understanding necessary to lead mathematical discussions that advance teacher learning
