Course overview - Study Period 3
Dancers will be building on their knowledge of hypothetical questions. Having studied the professional dance works, learners will now explore successful responses to questions that ask them to create material based on given stimuli from the exam board. This also includes definitions of key vocabulary within dance.

This practical period looks in detail at the two solo set phrases that the dancers have to learn, given from the exam board. In order to fully explore and appreciate the stylistic qualities we will delve into the choreographer and performer of the set phrases from Niki O’Hara.
