Course overview - Study Period 1
Dancers are using existing material and choreographers to help guide and shape their own small group choreography. They will get a quick introduction to notation, which will then be further explored in a later design. Dancer will be able to physically differentiate between Expressive, technical and physical skills.

This is the first real introduction to the professional dance works and the first time dancers will have set theory sessions on their timetable. Dancers will have the chance to explore each work, noting their unique qualities and comparing them to one another.
