A SmartBook Assignment will usually have 12-15 Concepts. Each SmartBook concept is worth 1 Point and will take 30 Minutes or less to complete. SmartBooks are due by 5 p.m.
Students will receive two SmartBooks every Friday morning. The first SmartBook is due the following Wednesday by 5 p.m. and the second SmartBook is due on Friday by 5 p.m. to earn full credit.
A SmartBook that is late before its recorded in Powerschool will automatically receive 75% credit. After an assignment is recorded in Powerschool, a student will earn 66% credit. Late SmartBook scores are not immediately updated in Powerschool.
To receive 66% credit for a Late Submission, a student will open Grades in McGraw Hill and share this Score with the teacher after class or after school.
Students must log into ☛Clever to access all McGraw Hill assignments. Once opening the SmartBook assignment, always Start with Reading and view the all Text Features, Images, and Charts. McGraw Hill provides these SmartBook Tips:
⌚ Make progress by completing concepts. The number of questions will vary depending on your individual needs.
⌚ It's ok to get questions wrong. You still earn 100% if you complete all concepts by your due date.
⌚ Submit your answers by selecting your confidence level. This will not affect your grade.
