For one reason or another, students will sometimes get kicked out of MAP. Nothing is more frustrating for the student (and you) when they re-open the app, login, and fail to see their name available.

The 40 second video below shows the two easy steps for a teacher to return their student to "Awaiting Student Status," which they must be in to log back into their test. While you are completing these steps, the student must restart their app.
