Kindergarten Entrance

ADM 3.1

Educational and social/emotional readiness as measured by Brigance are the primary criteria in determining the acceptance of a student into the Kindergarten program. 

Purpose:

• To ensure the readiness of the child for school.

Commentary/Procedural Points:

• The Brigance must be used for screening into an Early Childhood program.
