(The two 'o's are connecting vowels there to make the word sound better.)
Literally: the condition of having spaces in the bone.

Use the Greek and Latin Word Parts to find the literal definition of the following words:

Group Root Flower 10/29
Make a flower with a root word from your Scientific Root Word chart in the center.
Draw or cutout five large petals, each with a word that has the root word as part of it.
Write the definition for each of the five words on the back.
Make Your Own Science Word 10/30
Each person will make-up their own science word. Requirements:
Must have at least prefix, root and suffix parts.
Must have the literal meaning of each word part.
Use the word in a meaningful sentence.
Put the full definition on the back.
