Panorama Route

Location: Jonkershoek Nature Reserve, Stellenbosch OSM map

Overview: This is Jonkershoek's premier official route, it includes breathtaking views of Assegaaiboskloof, the Cape Peninsula, False Bay, the Hottentots Holland mountain range, and, of course, the beautiful Jonkershoek ridges. The route starts up the Northern side of the valley and circles to the Southern side, coming down Swartboskloof.

There is a shorter variation, which comes down Kurktrekker (the path leading up to First and Second Waterfall); or one can start up Kurtrekker, circle right and down Swartboskloof; or circle left and down at Berg River Nek i.e many possibilities!
