Location: Spectacular rock traverse across the Africa amphitheatre between Arrow Buttress and Right Face Buttress
Overview: B grade scrambling requiring a good head for heights and sure footing. Over weight and large persons should not attempt this route as there are tight squeezes.
Route Description: The traverse may be approached from Union Ravine and around the Right Face Buttress, or from the India-Venster path and Arrow Buttress. It is advisable to do this route with someone who knows it before attempting to lead a group across it yourself. The Union Ravine/Yellowstone gully approach or descent is somewhat loose and vegetated.
