Helderberg West Peak

Location: Helderberg Nature Reserve, Somerset West OSM map

Route Description: Follow Protea Trail to foot of main rock band, then west along the foot of the rock band on Woodies Walk. (See detailed map for paths. )

At the western end, follow the ridge to the summit.

Return the same way, or, more interestingly, go down to the nek between West Peak and the Central Peaks and come down the ravine back to the junction of Protea and Woodies.
