Someone posted to rec.org.filk a request for a filk with opening line "Where Have All the Car Flags gone?" and the first four lines of the song below. I added a few lines. This may set the record for the fastest filk I've ever written (about one minute, half of which was spent looking up the original lyrics); it looks like it was written in haste. Be warned: it's political. The music is Where have all the flowers gone?.
