I think it's interesting how he uses the environment to portray a story and how he has achieved the feeling of a different world in his art. He also mentions how the greatest piece of advice he got was "The hardest part about painting is maintaining the spirit of a sketch in the final illustration" and how that has changed how he thinks about new designs.
