I felt very good about my coil pot, I really enjoyed the construction of the pot and how you formed the shape. It was very enjoyable to slowly build up the pot layer by layer and to smooth out all the coils. The personal elements I added was the star pattern in the middle loop and the waves at the bottom. I include stars because I'm very interested in space and astronomy and I chose waves because one of my favorite hobbies is to surf. My favorite parts of this project were the formation and the carving because both were very satisfying to me. Slowly building and forming the pot with coils just the way I wanted was cool to see and the carving process was enjoyable and pleasurable. One bit of advice I would give to future ceramics students is that don't worry too much about getting the exact shape that you initially wanted focus on working with what you have and just focus on making sure you'll be happy with what you are creating.
