The two most important things I learned are value and proportion. value is important when making drawings look realistic. value is how light or dark a certain object is. it can be shown by using different kinds of blacks, grays, whites. Value can be used to show the dark and light sides of objects and create depth. Proportion is also important when making a drawing more realistic. Proportion is the relationship between one object to another whole object. Proportion is used in drawings to make the size of objects look more real. Though you don't always need perfect proportions, some drawings are meant to have improper proportions to make the drawing look nonrealistic.
I'm most proud of my one-point perspective room. For me, it was the most fun to make. I like the colors palette I used and I like the contrast of blue and white. this taught me how to use colors to create a contrast to make my drawings more interesting. It also taught me how to use a one-point perspective to create correct proportions.
