All Sec 2 and 4/5 students are required to undergo the annual NAPFA Test. The NAPFA stations include:
Sit Up
Standing Broad Jump
Sit & Reach
Inclined Pull Up / Pull Ups (boys aged 15 & above)
Shutle Run
2.4km Run
Maximum in one minute
Hands behind your ears at all times
Elbows must touch your knees
Back flat on the ground
Best of two jumps
Feet together behind the starting line (zero mark)
Stationary take-off with two feets
Distance taken based on the nearest to the zero mark
Best of two attempts
Start with back flat against the backboard, knees straightened
Take a deep breath and lean forward
For all females & males aged 14 and below (Max in 30 secs)
Elbows straightened after each rep, chin must go over the bar
Test is over when body touches the ground
For males aged 15 and above (Max in 30 secs)
Elbows straightened after each rep, chin must go over the bar
No count: using of body momentum, underhand grip
Best of two attempts
Students must not throw the blocks
Run through after picking up the 2nd block

No cutting of the field
