This is a 4 week training programme to help you improve your 2.4km timing.
It consists of: (1) Circuit Training (2) Fartlek (3)Interval Trainings
A combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest period between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time.
A continuous running workout in which faster running are mixed with easy to moderate paced running.
An alternate workout which consists of short – high intensity burst of running which focuses more on increasing your endurance and anaerobic system, with periods of rest and recovery in between the sets.
