FANUC Error Codes
This is were I put the Error codes I have had and what was the best fix

Errors
SRVO-402 SERVO DCS Cart. pos. limit (1 G 1 M1) 1
Cause:
Cartesian Position Check function detected that a model is out of a safe zone.

[Cause] Cartesian Position Check function detected that a model is out of a safe zone.
i: Cartesian Position Check No.
j: Motion group number
k: User model number (0: Robot model)
l: When CPU1 detects the error, this is 1.
m: When CPU2 detects the error, this is 1.
[Remedy] If the robot is actually out of the safe zone, press SHIFT key and RESET key, and jog the robot to the safe zone.
Current Status (12/22/18)
I can SHIFT/RESET and jog the robot, but only jog it a tiny bit until the Fault happens again... so its super tedious to Jog. SHIFT/RESET JOG... Repeat 100 times...

SRVO-062 BZAL Alarm
Cause:
Cartesian Position Check function detected that a model is out of a safe zone.
DSRVO-062 BZAL Alarm
WARNING, THIS MAY CAUSE YOU TO HAVE TO REMASTER THE ROBOT
Replace the batteries in base of robot with the controller power on.
Press [MENU] button
Choose “SYSTEM”
Found on 2nd page of full menus
Press [F1] “TYPE”
Choose “MASTER/CAL”
If “MASTER/CAL” not listed perform the following
Choose “VARIABLES”
Scroll to the variable “MASTER_ENB”
Change the variable to “1”
Press [F1] “TYPE”
Choose “MASTER/CAL”
Press [F3] “RESET PCA”
Press [F4] “YES”
Recycle power on robot
