FortiGate製品と、コンソールケーブル(RS-232Cケーブル）で接続し、TeraTermを起動し、シリアルポートで接続します。
FortiGate製品の電源を入れて、しばらくすると

password:bcpb[Serial Number] 例：bcpbFG300A290555124
$ execute factoryreset
This operation will reset the system to factory default!
Do you want to continue? (y/n)y
出荷時状態の設定を適用して、自動的に再起動します。
再起動後
login:admin
password:
show system interface
IPアドレスが、192.168.1.99になっていれば、出荷時の状態に戻っています。
