Allen Webb was born on August 24, 1956, and resided at 15, School Lane. Tiddington, Warwickshire.
He spent a five year apprenticeship with David Nicholson and rode his first winner, Vale Royale, at Stratford on May 30, 1975.
Allen's greatest triumph came on Shiny Copper when winning the 1982 Daily Express Triumph Hurdle.
He lists his favourite recreation as 'talent spotting'.
