What is the OGD?

• It is a CFC information system use to maintain information on membership, activities, evangelization efforts, and more.

• It is used to support the community's Mission Commitment Plan (Focused Formation + Good Governance = Effective Evangelization). See more details in the leaders' responsibilities.

• Access the OGD site and the extra OGD/MP help site.  The OGD has helpful documents in it.

• List of reports use for good governance. There may be other reports that the OGD can generate and reports that can be made based on extracted OGD data.

Members Portal

• Each member of the CFC community has a Members Portal account.

• In the Members Portal

• View your pastoral formation status.

• View the meetings, assemblies, and events that you have attended.

• For leaders

  • • Enter your meetings -- 1-on-1's, 2-on-2's, household meetings

    • View the details of your household members.

• For everyone

  • • Update your OGD personal information.

    • View your pastoral service and program service records

    • View the list of CFC events that you have attended.

    • Enter your Family Day events. This is events of your own family, not CFC community events.

    • Access your QR code for your CFC ID.
