The Chapter Head designates a person (typically, Chapter PFO or OGD Encoder) to order IDs.
As of January 2023
Make sure the member's OGD record has an ID picture (120 pixels by 120 pixels, 300 dpi, white background).
If needed, coordinate with your Chapter Head or Chapter OGD Encoder.
The member can log in to his/her Members Portal account to check if there is an ID picture or not.

Email your order to CFC Mission Center with the Excel file.
In the email, mention: Attention: GVA Ablaze Coordinator
GVA CFC Mission Center (care of our Ablaze Area Coordinator) coordinates with you regarding the payment.
One ID set = $12 - This includes ID jacket and lanyard.
One ID only = $6 - This excludes ID jacket and lanyard

In the memo, type in: CFC ID Order for <Area and Chapter>
GVA CFC Mission Center (care of our Ablaze Area Coordinator) sends the order to the Toronto CFC Mission Center.
Minimum order by GVA (North and South areas) is 25 pieces.
The Toronto CFC Mission Center
Prints the IDs on a Wednesday.
Mails the printed IDs on a Friday.
It takes about 7 days to mail from Toronto CFC Mission Center to GVA CFC Mission Center.
Best effort: Turn-around time from order (received by Toronto CFC Mission Center) to delivery (received by GVA CFC Mission Center) is about 2 weeks.
