Household
Minimum of 4 couples (10 members including Household Head)
Maximum of 7 couples (16 members including Household Head)
Unit
Minimum of 3 households (32 persons including Unit Leaders)
Maximum of 7 households
Chapter
Minimum of 3 units (98 persons including Chapter Leaders)
Maximum of 7 units
Cluster
Minimum of 3 chapters (296 persons including Cluster Leaders)
Maximum of 7 chapters
Sector
Minimum of 3 clusters (890 members including Sector Leaders)
Maximum of 7 clusters
