Spirit of our God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, Most Holy Trinity, Immaculate Virgin Mary, angels, archangels, and saints of heaven, descend upon me. Please purify me, Lord, mold me, fill me with yourself, use me.
Banish all the forces of evil from me, destroy them, vanquish them, so that I can be healthy and do good deeds. Banish from me all spells, witchcraft, black magic, malefice, ties, maledictions, and the evil eye; diabolic infestations, oppressions, possessions; all that is evil and sinful, jealousy, perfidy, envy; physical, psychological, moral, spiritual, diabolical ailments. Burn all these evils in hell, that they may never again touch me or any other creature in the entire world.
I command and bid all the powers who molest me — by the power of God all powerful, in the name of Jesus Christ our Saviour, through the intercession of the Immaculate Virgin Mary — to leave me forever, and to be consigned into the everlasting hell, where they will be bound by Saint Michael the archangel, Saint Gabriel, Saint Raphael, our guardian angels, and where they will be crushed under the heel of the Immaculate Virgin Mary.
Soul of Christ, sanctify me; Body of Christ, save me; Blood of Christ, inebriate me; Water from the side of Christ, wash me; Passion of Christ, strengthen me; O good Jesus, hear me; within your wounds, hide me; let me never be separated from you; from the evil one, protect me; at the hour of my death, call me; and bid me come to you; that with your saints, I may praise you forever and ever. Amen.
Pray the Sorrowful Mysteries. Dedicate each mystery for the protection of the participants – their marriage, family, means of livelihood, faith, and prayer life.
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother.
To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.
Amen.
(Modified to intercede for the CFC Christian Life Program participants)
My Lord, you are all powerful, you are God, you are Father.
We beg you through the intercession and help of the archangels Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel for the deliverance of our brothers and sisters who are enslaved by the evil one. All saints of heaven, come to our aid.
From anxiety, sadness and obsessions,
We beg you. Free them, O Lord.
From hatred, fornication, envy.
We beg you. Free them, O Lord.
From thoughts of jealousy, rage, and death.
We beg you. Free them, O Lord.
From every thought of suicide and abortion.
We beg you. Free them, O Lord.
From every form of sinful sexuality.
We beg you. Free them, O Lord.
From every division in our family, and every harmful friendship.
We beg you. Free them, O Lord.
From every sort of spell, malefice, witchcraft, and every form of the occult.
We beg you. Free them, O Lord.
Lord, You who said, “I leave you peace, my peace I give you”, grant that, through the intercession of the Virgin Mary, the CLP participants may be liberated from every evil spell and enjoy Your peace always. In the name of Christ, our Lord. Amen.
Prayer for the CFC Christian Life Program participants
(Adopted from the prayer of Saint Augustine (354-430))
Breathe in them, O Holy Spirit, that their thoughts may all be holy.
Act in them, O Holy Spirit, that their work, too, may be holy.
Draw their hearts, O Holy Spirit, that they love but what is holy.
Strengthen them, O Holy Spirit, to defend all that is holy.
Guard them, then, O Holy Spirit, that they always may be holy.
Come, Holy Spirit
Come, O Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and enkindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit, and they shall be created. And you shall renew the face of the earth.
Let us pray.
O God, who has taught the hearts of the faithful by the light of the Holy Spirit, grant that by the gift of the same Spirit we may be always truly wise and ever rejoice in his consolation, through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
Prayer for the Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit
(Modified to intercede for the CFC Christian Life Program participants)
O Lord Jesus Christ Who, before ascending into heaven did promise to send the Holy Spirit to finish Your work in the souls of Your Apostles and Disciples, deign to grant the same Holy Spirit to the CFC Christian Life Program participants that He may perfect in their souls, the work of Your grace and Your love. Grant them the Spirit of Wisdom that they may despise the perishable things of this world and aspire only after the things that are eternal, the Spirit of Understanding to enlighten their minds with the light of Your divine truth, the Spirit of Counsel that they may ever choose the surest way of pleasing God and gaining heaven, the Spirit of Fortitude that they may bear their crosses with You and that they may overcome with courage all the obstacles that oppose their salvation, the Spirit of Knowledge that they may know God and know themselves and grow perfect in the science of the Saints, the Spirit of Piety that they may find the service of God sweet and amiable, and the Spirit of Fear that they may be filled with a loving reverence towards God and may dread in any way to displease Him. Mark them, dear Lord, with the sign of Your true disciples, and animate them in all things with Your Spirit. Amen

Anoint us with the gifts of the Holy Spirit and refresh our body, soul and spirit. And may the sign of Your Holy Cross drive away all evil spirits from us.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen
