To know if you are using a Catholic Bible, look for these in first few pages

Imprimatur - meaning with permission by the Catholic Church to have it printed / published

Nihil Obstat - meaning (in the Roman Catholic Church) a certification by an official censor that a book is not objectionable on doctrinal or moral grounds. (Literally, nothing hinders.)
