CFC is one with the Catholic Church. As such, we are all encouraged to serve in our parish and participate in the various activities in our archdiocese.
Our archbishop is Archbishop J. Michael Miller, CSB. He is also the Spiritual Adviser of CFC Canada.

We belong to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Vancouver (RCAV). We serve in various ways within the various parishes and in the RCAV Office itself.

Choir
Altar Servers - These are those who help the priest during each mass (e.g., handing the ciborium and chalice to the priest before consecration).
Lectors / Readers
Extra-ordinary Ministers (EOM / EM)
These are those who help our parish priest in giving the blessed Eucharist.
Extra-ordinary - meaning outside the Sacrament of Ordination (i.e., those who are not ordained as priest or members of the clergy)
Greeters and Ushers - These are those who greet and assist parishioners to their seats during masses.
"Counters of offertory collection" - These are those who help in counting monetary donations during offertory/mass.
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)
Typically starts every September and ends in April/May
This is open to Catholics and non-Catholics.
This is an entry formation program for adult non-Catholics who are interested to become Catholics.
This is also for adult Catholics/Christians who are baptized but not yet confirmed.
