Roles and Responsibilities

• The Core Team functions as a group headed by the Overall Coordinator that will work together as cross-functional team.

• The team acts as enabler, organizer, expediter, and facilitator in providing support to the Regional Heads and Area Heads in discussing, determining, and developing the pastoral needs of the regions/areas.

• Coordinate with other ministries and programs in determining specific needs in the development of materials and courses.

• Provide information, assistance, suggestions, and recommendations to the National Council through the PFO NC in the upliftment and enrichment of pastoral and spiritual lives of members in the community.

• Serve as a major hub and source of PFO materials for CFC Canada and peripheries.

• Conduct meetings with the PFO Coordinators of different Areas and Family Ministries of CFC Canada.

• Perform other functions that may be delegated by the PFO National Council.

The PFO assigned in the National Council shall oversee the National PFO Core Team.
